The Program Concept.
I work a full 40 hours a week with two days off just like the average joe. At first I was letting this get to me. I went from being able to train multiple times a day to only having two days off a week with no gym. So here is what Ill be doing, I will be working out every other day rotating between upper body lower body due to lack of equipment (apartment gym). I will make a list of what my apartment gym has to offer as it will play a big roll in program design.
As far as food intake that is going really good, and has always been the easy part for me along with proper hydration. Im short on funds right now due to just moving into a new place so supplements will be very limited for now.
