Day 6

Kind of rest day.
So today was going to be a rest day, but my desire to keep training anything that 
isn't sore is starting to pick back up again. So I did the following to get some work in, but not rob myself of rest.

Push-ups 3x20
Sit-ups3x20
Walking Lunges 3x20
Walked the dog for 30 minutes.

My next project that I will be working on is getting my IG traffic to visit these forums so we can have more active bloggers within the forums. If you want find me on IG just search Muscle Professor.
