Day 3

A light workout.

First of all I hope you enjoy the gym humor post. I make these up for my IG and thought I would share them here as well. So today I was still feeling really sore (I really need something to help with recovery time, any thoughts?) I have been keeping my carbohydrate intake higher to help with the D.O.M.S. but man it feels like D.O.M.S. is winning. I kept my workout lighter today doing 4x10 of the list that follows.

Neutral Chest Press 4x10 120 lbs
Bent Over Rows 4x10 80 lbs
Leg Extensions 4x10 170 lbs 
Body Weight Air Squats 3x20

I now I could have pushed harder but I know I need to let my body adjust. I think once I get my supplements going My recovery should improve so I can push myself harder with out feeling like my limbs are dead.
