Feeling kick @$$!
The Workout
Lat pull down 5x5, 150 lbs
Neutral chest press 5x5, 200 lbs
Leg extensions 3x10 200 lbs
Alternating bicep curls 3x20 40 lbs
Overhead DB extension 3x10 (L/R) 50 lbs
So I am finding that my strength is coming back quicker then I expected because Im maxing out the machines and I'mgetting to the point I can do more like 5x8, which is a good sign that I ether retained a lot of my strength, or Im growing faster then I thought I would.
I got my youtube up and running and have started to do reviews on it. I will of course show some love for #TigerFitness as I start to review The MTS brand of supplements as soon as the funds to do so are there. Im also hoping to help drive more people to the forums so we can have more lively conversation.
