Day 15
One of these bears knows Kung Fu!

First the workout since I have a gym membership again my iron brothers and sisters!

Incline bench 5x5, 170 lbs (not back to my old self yet )
Low cable flys 3x10, 40 lbs
mid cable flys 3x10 40 lbs
High cable flys 3x10 lbs
Rope tricep press 3x10 60 lbs
