Day 5 (My Motivational Gym Song of The Day) 

The work out is listed below

These are all machines
3x10 Seated Rows, 120 lbs

5x5 Incline Press 200 lbs
5x5 Lat pull downs 200 lbs

3x20 Alternating Hammer Curls 35 lbs
3x20 Over Head Tricep Extensions L/R 35 lbs
3x20 Air Squats

I am noticing that my strength is coming back fast and that I didn't lose to much of it, but my physique has changed for sure. A little doughy through the mind section bu not to bad. you can always look at my starter picture as well. 

An other note, I'm starting to get some reviews up on my IG and I'm getting my old youtube going again. Ill update you all on the later.
