Day 9

The Cardio
So today I got my cardio in. I did wind sprints on the elliptical. one 
minute walking followed by ten seconds of hauling @$$ then walking an other minute I did ten sets of this which leave you feeling awesome but winded. I just order some MTS products so I am stoked about that because that means I will also be getting to review them here soon as well.
